Catering guidelines
- We appreciate, but do not require, 24 hours advance notice. We are happy to accommodate last minute (day of) orders if possible
- Our office hours are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. We can make deliveries outside of our normal hours (such as nights and weekends) however, there may be additional charges.
- We take orders by phone, via e-mail and e-mail requests form this site. On-line order from our site is coming soon.
- Please allow 24 hours advance notice on cancellations.
- Our menu prices for food and beverage include paper and plastic ware (plates, napkins, eating utensils), condiments, serving utensils, serving equipment, and white linen for buffet upon request.
- We strive to be on time for 100% of our deliveries. However, please allow a fifteen minute window on either side of your delivery time for arrival and set up.
- we do not generate an invoice until after the event as there may be last minute adjustments. You may arrange to be direct billed or pay by credit card. An invoice (or invoice with credit card receipt attached) will be mailed to your attention the day after your event.
